Look closely to see how the intricate details of the flowers. The papers are folded in such a way that it truly makes them look like real roses (See picture 1)!  Teaching our children to pay close attention to detail while doing their artwork is such an important lesson for the aspiring artists.  This was a wonderful opportunity for the children to relieve their stress and express themselves, a great form of art therapy. At A Free Bird Organization, we are so happy to be able to empower children in this way. We are also always looking for AWESOME NEW ARTISTS to attend our weekly event, and help uplift young children with cancer through the arts. If you are an artist that would like to dedicate one afternoon to uplifting children with cancer and create more exposure for yourself, please email us at: programs@afreebird.org!
